Inherently Happy

The original spark within you that maintains and keeps you for pretty much ever.

Let the programming continue, rinse your brain and guide your emotions like a true adept.

From the tiniest quantum state to the universe entire and beyond in both directions to an infinite number of infinities.

There is a difference between what is Real and and what is Reality. Emotions are Real things, but the thoughts that generate them may be mistaken and therefore not based on Reality.

So, if we're all Happy then what's the point of life then? Why, seeking the meaning in life not of life, of course. Learning, growing, helping, enjoying. Stuff like that!

We who choose to see ourselves as Happy at our core can help others to see that self-same Happy within themselves.

To be Happy is to be content in your discontent so that you always strive to be your best and Happy self.

Your Happy heart is yours to use to build greater connection to your own life. How would some scenes from the movie of your own life have gone better if you had made Happy choices?

Not positive thinking, not an achievement to be unlocked, but the starting point. Happy is a given, not a goal. Joy is a squirt in the face, Happy is the hydration already present in your body, but rarely noticed. Happy is the un-Faith. Happy requires no faith. Try it out, consider it as a maybe and see how it goes.
